  • 4 STRENGTH DAYS PER WEEK – With a mix between Full-Body Splits and Upper/Lower Splits, every week contains 4 strength-focused workouts!

    2 OPTIONAL CARDIO & MOBILITY DAYS PER WEEK: While strength is the main focus of this program, each week has 2 days of provided Cardio & Mobility work that be done to supplement the gains you’ll be making!

    60 MINUTES SESSIONS – Efficient & effective training

    4-WEEK CYCLES – Each cycle contains its own structured progression, ensuring your workouts aren’t random & have a purpose!

    However, MOVEMENT OPTIONS are provided for movements that require advanced equipment.

    AT MINIMUM, this program can be done with a few DB’s and stretch bands.
